Welcome to first grade! For some of you, this is brand-new! For others, this is your last time (of many times) to be involved in first grade. Either way, I hope it will be a positive experience. I'm glad to have siblings of former students this year. I have three this time around. I'm also glad to have a twin back in my class. I've had a twin almost every year. Is there something in the water around here?

About Me

- I moved to Tennessee from Georgia in 1997 to attend Lee University. I graduated in 2001 with a BS in Health Sciences. After graduating with my MAT in 2004, I began teaching first grade at Arnold. On July 25, 2009 I married Billy Smith who was introduced to me by an Arnold PTO member. Arnold has been a very important part of my life for the past six years.
